Before becoming an SEO expert in the Philippines this is not really my first choice.

I was a Computer Science Student in Major Application Development that is my forte to make an application for people.

But I felt burnout and I lose my passion as a programmer. All the time running through my mind what job would I get after college.

And then my friend whose working as a search engine optimization specialist ask why don’t I try SEO

In my head what is SEO? Because I have zero idea about SEO

That time curiosity kicks in and I research about SEO which I read and watch videos in YouTube and found out SEO is ranking method for google and other search engine.

From this curiosity of mine It helps me to motivate and learn more about SEO 

Then my friend approach me that they need an SEO Content Writer in their team in My Rank Consultant.

I grabbed the opportunity because I know that could be a small step from being an SEO Specialist.

To be honest in the first run it was really tough for me because this is experienced is new to me it was like getting into battle without a weapon that’s how I felt that time.

In the long run I slowly learn how the system goes creating a hundreds of article was not easy because I need to lean on keywords that is connected to the article and avoiding the bad way in SEO.

While I was a content writer I talked to my friend if it’s okay that I do the SEO Specialist task. Thankfully he taught everything he knows about SEO Specialist.

Day by day I practice it from finding the keyword research, handling the on page and off-page SEO.

After working with them I decided to put my last money to join bootcamp

I found School of Virtual ( SOVA ) whose actively teaching student  with different kinds of courses,

But their main forte is SEO because they have their own SEO company called Pinoy SEO.

Joining bootcamp would be my greatest decision because it just enhance my skills in SEO

I learn to make a website from scratch using local WPS to deploying it in WordPress. 

From auditing website what does it need to optimize to analyzing keyword research to optimizing on-page SEO and building backlinks in off-page. Lastly creating reports using different kinds of method. That helps me to mold my skills as an SEO expert. From this bootcamp I made my own website and name it JustXplore because we need to explore things out to learn. 

Being an SEO Expert in Philippines is not easy because it takes time and dedication  It does not stop from learning because there is a lot competitions in this industry and different kinds of strategy and updates that needs to learn.
